Where do I call for an appointment?
Call 952-929-6994 to arrange an appointment at the clinic. When you call, we will ask the reason for your visit, the name of your referring physician and dates and locations of any pertinent testing. To schedule a visit with the vascular lab, call 952-345-4181.

How do I prepare for the first office visit?
It's always wise to confirm that your insurance covers the physicians at the MVC before you schedule a visit. Make sure your primary physician has given you a referral, if your policy requires one. Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before your first appointment to complete your medical history. Also bring the items listed below.

What should I bring with me to the office visit?
Be sure to bring:
Pertinent x-rays, tests and medical reports
A list of any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking
A list of any allergies
The name and phone number of your pharmacy
Your insurance card
The name and phone number of your referring physician and clinic
Cash, check, or credit card for any co-pay your insurance requires
     (We accept MasterCard and Visa)

How long will my appointment last?
This can vary greatly depending on the physician, but it's wise to allow at least 1 hour for the visit.

What parking is available?
The most convenient parking for the main MVC office in Edina is the skyway parking ramp at 65th Street, west of France Avenue. The rate for this ramp is $2.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour. There is a courtesy phone in the skyway if you need help crossing. There are also a limited number of handicapped parking spaces at the entrance to our building at 6405 France Avenue.
