In early 2006, the vascular surgeons of Surgical Consultants, P.A. and the interventional radiologists of Suburban Radiologic Consultants, Ltd. formed a partnership to provide patients suffering from vascular disease the best treatment possible. That partnership is the Minnesota Vascular Clinic – the only clinic in the Twin Cities that combines dedicated vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists with a fully-accredited, non-invasive vascular laboratory.

Vascular Surgeons
The five surgeons in the practice are all board-certified and highly-respected in the field. Surgery residents regularly train with our surgeons specifically to take advantage of their deep and up-to-the-minute understanding of vascular surgery. To maintain their skills and knowledge, our surgeons not only take part in continuing education, they also educate other physicians about vascular screening and disorders through periodic vascular symposiums.

Interventional Radiologists
Our interventional radiologist are all board certified physicians who are experts in the latest techniques for minimally-invasive treatment. They have been involved in early development of stents and numerous other interventional therapies. They are frequent teachers and participants in national continuing education conferences so that they can offer the most up to date treatment for our patients.

Support Staff
Our technologists, nurses and physician assistants are specially trained to be adept at treating vascular patients. Vascular Laboratory
Our on-site, state-of-the-art vascular laboratory allows us to perform a broad array of non-invasive imaging and Doppler exams that let us evaluate carotid, renal, peripheral and aortic disease. The proximity of the lab to our clinic makes the process easier on our patients, since their lab work can be performed at the same convenient location where they consult with our physicians.
